The combined length of the cobbled sectors in the 122nd edition of Paris–Roubaix, scheduled for Sunday, 13 April, will be a bit shorter than last year. Starting in Troisvilles (km 95), 30 sectors totalling 55.3 km (down from 55.7 km in 2024) will leave the champions shaken and stirred.

Speaking to the media during the final reconnaissance, the race director, Thierry Gouvenou, explained the rationale behind the design of the chicane leading into the Trouée d’Arenberg: “There will be four right turns within 600 metres. The approach should be smoother than with the hairpin bend that we had last year. The Porte du Hainaut community of municipalities had the road that we had been unable to use in 2024 brought up to code, repaving a small part that needed to be patched up”.

The fifth edition of Paris–Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift will take place one day earlier with a total distance of 148.5 km, the same as in 2024, and an unchanged programme as far as the cobbles are concerned : he ladies tackling the last 17 sectors of the men’s course, amounting to 29.2 km.
