Apparently he crashed when trying to blow his nose and was swept by a 54 km/hr blast of wind during a training ride. He ran into the side of a house in Roanne.
He’s already had surgery at St Etienne University Hospital. He has a broken right femur and right elbow as well as some broken ribs.
He’d been on track for his training before the accident. He’s obviously out of the Tour de France for this year.
