Australien Matthew Goss won stage 9 in the Giro today from Frosinone to Cava de’Terreni.
Cadel Evans won the 7th stage in Montalcino and Vinokourov is back in pink.
The fourth stage put Nibali in pink.
David Millar is now in the pink jersey. 
Alexander Vinokourov is now in the maglia rosa. 
Cadel Evans suffered a mechanical breakdown. He chased all alone but couldn’t quite catch up and lost 46 seconds to Vinokourov as well as the leader jersey.
Christian Vandevelde crashed and is out of the race with an injured clavicle.
