The UCI has requested that four countries (France, Belgium, Australia and Canada) open investigations into the doping allegations made by Floyd Landis last week.  Allegations include Yohan Bruyneel of Belgium, Michael Barry of Canada, Australian Matthew White and Frenchman John Lelangue who directed the Phonak team.  The USADA will also begin investigations.

According to an article on Cycling News, a biological passport export has said that Floyd’s admissions have helped fill in the missing pieces.  Micro-dosing the night before combined with blood doping made it impossible to detect the EPO.  Now that they know the technique that is being used, they hope to be able to detect more cheaters.
