Contador Says Doping Regulations are Stuck in the 60s

Alberto Contador has said that cycling rules on doping are stuck in the 60s and are obsolete.  He has said that today’s testing can find such tiny particles of something that is too small to have absolutely no effect on performance but can still ban an athlete.  He still claims the clenbutenol came from contaminated meat that he consumed and that he has never doped.  Cycling has no acceptable levels for clenbutenol.

If he was tested every day of the race and this didn’t show up any other time, he being truthful or not?
