UCI vs Landis

Pat McQuaid of the UCI and Hein Verbruggen who preceded him, have brought a complaint against Floyd Landis for defamation to the Swiss government.  They say his numerous unacceptable public declarations need to be defended against.  He has numerous doping infractions against himself and is damaging cycling.
