Belgian cyclist Mario Aerts of the Omega Pharma-Lotto team will be retiring. He will not fulfill the last year of his contract. He’s 36 years old and has been suffering from cardiac arrythmia.He’s hoping to celebrate the end of his career with a glass of champagne following the Belgian championships. He’s raced in the Tour de France for many years and was the winner of the 2002 Fleche Wallone.
