Laurent Didier has extended his contract with RADIOSHACK NISSAN TREK which will see him ride for the team until the end of 2014.
“It wasn’t really difficult to make up my mind here, as I really wanted to stay with the team. I like the project a lot and I’m happy that we found an agreement for two more years”, says Laurent Didier, who will will wear the Luxembourgish national jersey to start the 2013 season. “I’m proud to ride for a Luxembourgish team and to wear that jersey. Also the fact that Bob Jungels is joining us in 2013 made it easy for me to settle the matter.”
Didier is one of many faces at the team who prolong with the team. “I was very happy with my race program this year, especially the middle part of the season, with the Tour de Suisse and the Tour of Austria. I have been getting all the support from the team, the coaching is great and I have many friends in the team roster and staff – why would I change teams?”
