Barcelona will host the official start of La Vuelta Femenina 25 by Carrefour.es on Sunday, May 4. Following Torrevieja in 2023 and Valencia in 2024, the Catalan capital will be the starting point of the third edition of the race, once again offering a Mediterranean-flavored beginning.
The streets of Barcelona will once more become the epicenter of world cycling, just two years after hosting the kickoff of La Vuelta 23. In this way, Barcelona reaffirms its commitment to being a reference point for organizing sporting events. After hosting the 2024 America’s Cup, the city is also preparing to welcome the Grand Départ of the Tour de France in 2026 for the first time in its history.
La Vuelta Femenina 25 by Carrefour.es will take place from May 4 to May 10, 2025. All the details of the route will be revealed in the coming weeks.
