Five time Tour de France winner, Miguel Indurain was interviewed by Spanish Radio Marca. He said he was taken aback by the UCI decision. That Armstrong was found guilty based on hearsay and not one positive doping test. He said it was strange that it was all done just based on stories. There were rules in place and now it seems they have changed. He has always fulfilled all controls and Indurain still believes in his innocence. Indurain said that all Lance’s wins he has earned.
Indurain said that Lance is a fighter and was surprised that Lance decided not to fight.
