It’s been reported by AP that American doping investigators Jeff Novitsky of the Food and
Drug Administration, Travis Tygart of the American Anti Doping Agency and federal investigator
Doug Miller are in France to investigate allegations of Lance Armstrong’s supposed doping.
They are to meet with the AFLD who intends to make everything they need accessible to them.
The French don’t know if the Americans will request access to Lance’s famous urine sample.
They are also in Lyon, meeting with Interpol.
