On Tuesday, Andy Schleck was given the yellow jersey for the 2010 Tour de France that was taken from Alberto Contador because of his doping offense. There was a ceremony in Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg in which Tour director Christian Prudhomme presented the jersey.
Frank Schleck said it wasn’t really like a victory and didn’t really change anything, especially without being able to climb the podium to receive it. Prudhomme said he only hopes that this jersey will be a call to others and he thinks there will be more.
This year’s Tour is not designed in particular for Andy but both he and Prudhomme think he can do it.
