It’s been reported that Lance Armstrong and Tyler Hamilton unexpectedly ran into each other in the trendy Cache Cache restaurant in Aspen on Saturday. Some people said there was an altercation that included Lance telling Tyler he’d make his life a living hell. And wanting to know how much Tyler was paid by 60 Minutes to be on the show. Other people said very few words were exchanged and that it was not a hostile exchange. There’s speculation that it could have been considered witness tampering. Hamilton’s lawyers reported the incident to federal authorities. So the saga continues.
Personally, I think there are more important things for federal authorities to be investigating. The entire peloton was doping so who will get the jersey? How far back will jerseys be taken away-all the way to Hinault?
