After a huge success of our inaugural jersey that had body in Bahrain red between 2 blue sleeves representing Bahrian that in Arabic means “between two seas”, this year we kept it simple and didn’t change much. The jersey is dominantly red with blue stripe on the front. Representing Kingdom of Bahrain, name Bahrain is written in gold colour, gold being royal colour, while Merida is written in white. The flag of Bahrain moved this year from the collar to the back of the jersey along with our acronym – TBF (Team Bahrain Merida), since our technical partner Sportful produced very nice aero collarless jersey. Also this year the heart of our logo, arabic pattern is featured on the back of the jersey as well to help our Sports Directors differentiate our riders in peloton from the other red teams.
