NORTHWAVE EXTREME XC
Extreme XC are the Northwave top-range shoes dedicated at the off-road. The model, characterized by the Hyperlight XC sole – developed by Northwave in cooperation with Michelin Technical Soles and realized in unidirectional carbon fiber 100% – debuted in the 2017 season with the new Yellow Fluo soles.
The sole’s sculptures are realized through the innovative Dual Layers Compound Technology, atom-by-atom bonded softer and harder compounds to increase flexibility, stability and adherence: the first provides maximum flexibility, acting like an independent suspension, while the second is tougher and more resistant, for improved traction and endurance.
The Hyperlight XC sole matches with the upper, realized with the Northwave Biomap technology, appreciated by off-road superstars such as Bertolini, Zahner and Havlikova.
