Johan Bruyneel is facing the prospect of a lifetime ban from cycling by the Belgian federation. Based on the USADA report, Bruyneel seems to have been the manager of the doping as well. He is alleged to have organized the details of the blood doping and was said to have been present during the transfusions. The Belgian federation is also awaiting the decision by the UCI.
