The Chris Froome salmbutemol case has been pending. Just a couple of days ago ASO announced he would not be allowed to start the Tour de France on Saturday. Today the UCI announced they’ve closed the case. Christian Prudhomme said it’s time to move on. Is this inconsistent application of the rules or what!!!
