Nobody can stop Dylan Groenewegen. Team LottoNL-Jumbo’s Dutchman clinched his sixth success of 2016 in Ster ZLM Toer GP Jan van Heeswijk stage-3, 210 km with start and finish in Buchten (Netherlands) on Friday, June 17th. Groenewegen rode his Oltre XR.2 to win ahead of Belgian Timothy Dupont and Sean De Bie.
In 2016 Groenewegen had already celebrated victories at Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana’s stage 3 in Alzira (Spain), Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen’s stage 1 in Harelbeke (Belgium), Tour de Yorkshire’s opening stage and points classification, Heistse Pijl in Heist op den Berg (Belgium) and Rund um Köln in Cologne (Germany).
