American cyclist Joe Papp was suspended in 2006 for two years after a positive doping control in the Tour of Turkey. He publicly accused Jeannie Longo’s husband of buying doping products for her earlier this year.
Papp has now been found to have been buying EPO on the internet from a Chinese source and has been suspended for eight years by the USADA.
