Riccardo Ricco has already served a twenty month suspension for his doping offenses. He was found to have blood doped himself by using blood that wasn’t properly stored in his own refrigerator. He ended up in the hospital with renal blockage where he had admitted to what he’d done.
CONI, the Italian anti-doping agency, is recommending a twelve year suspension.
