Simon Carr (EF Education-Easypost) won 2024 Tour of the Alps Stage 4 (141,3 Km from Leifers/Laives to Borgo Valsugana), ahead of Michael Storer (Tudor Pro Cycling Team) and Ben O’Connor (Decathlon AGR2-La Mondiale).

Juan Pedro Lopez (Lidl-Trek) keeps the Melinda Green Jersey as leader of the General Classification.
