Taylor Phinney will be skipping the inaugural Pro Cycling Challenge in his home state to contest the Vuelta d’Espana instead.  It will be his first grand tour and he’s excited.  He’ll also be competing in the World Championships in Denmark in September and is hoping to do well in the time trial.
