Third place for Duber Quintero and Bianchi Sempre at the Tour of Portugal

Excellent display for Colombia Coldeportes’ stagiaire Duber Quintero in the third stage of the Tour of Portugal, Vila Nova Cerveira-Fafe of 178 km: the 1990-born youngster took his Bianchi Sempre to third place on the day, a mere 4 seconds away of stage winner Cesar Fonte (Efapel-Glassdrive) and Bruno Saraiva (Selecion Portugueisa).

In his very first professional race, gutty Quintero managed to provide a strong performance despite showing up in the break with his Bianchi Sempre for the second day in a row. It is the first top-5 placement in Portugal for Colombia Coldeportes, that will look for more success tomorrow in the first uphill finish to Mondim de Basto.
