The 31-year-old Northwave athlete won the Andora Bike organized by new Italy’s MTB National Coach Mirko Celestino
Andrea Tiberi’s season started in the best way. After a very troubled 2016, the 31-year-old Italian biker of Team NOB Selle Italia, equipped with Northwave Extreme XC shoes, achieved the success in the 7th Andora Bike, organized by new Italy’s MTB National Coach Mirko Celestino.
On Sunday February 19th, Tiberi gave Northwave the first seasonal win in the Mountain Bike in his debut race, preceding on Marina di Andora’s finish line (Northern Italy), Samuele Porro (Trek Selle San Marco) and another Northwave’s biker, Swiss Florian Vogel (Focus XC).
“The Andora race was very important for me, in view of the first training camp with the Italian National Team, and to test new bike and materials”, commented the race’s winner, a new addition of the Northwave Team for the 2017 Mountain Bike season.
