Tyler Hamilton stripped of Olympic gold medal by IOC

Tyler Hamilton was to be stripped of his 2004 Olympic gold medal today by the IOC.  They were running up against the 8-year statute of limitations. They were expected to adjust the standings so that Viatcheslav Ekimov is now the winner of the gold, Bobby Julich will receive silver and Michael Rogers will get the bronze.
