There are hundreds of volunteers for the Aspen stage of the 2013 Pro Cycling Challenge. They are receiving mandatory training on terrorism, following the events at the Boston Marathon. They will learn how to be aware but not overreact. The Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab (CELL) is providing the program. The Colorado State Patrol is also expected to receive training.
